Caramanta comes is grown by Sandra Isabel Largo Pietro and her husband. The couple lives in Palmichal Village in Caramanta. Sandra’s farm contains roughly 48,000 coffee trees! That’s a lot to take care of. The farm has it’s own beneficiary to supply water to the trees. They also have their own mechanical dryers in addition to patios for sun drying. In addition to selling their own coffee, the Pietros work with their neighbors to help them sell their coffees abroad. Now aren’t they a couple of Noble Coyotes!
In this cup, we get a big full body complemented by chocolate flavors. The acidity tends malic, so you may pick up some apple. Overall, this is a great, bracing coffee for a cold winter day. It should also pair well with rich desserts and savory breakfasts.
