Featuring coffee from Jinotega, Nicaragua, this wet milled and strictly high grown Arabica consists of Marsellesa and Catuai varieties. It is grown on Finca Alas de Dios, and only the ripe beans are meticulously hand picked every 7 or 8 days during harvest season which stretches from late November to early February to insure a superior coffee. By carefully selecting only the ripe beans, the coffee grown on this farm insures a fully developed and clean cup, with a robust sweetness and smooth finish. Our Nicaraguan Coffee is suave and low-key, featuring a bouquet of molasses and honey aromatics, with nuances of chocolate and graham cracker. We are sure you will be pleased with every sip of this medium bodied and sweet and smooth coffee- a really nice balance between flavor and roast profile at this roast level!
