About Midnight Drift

Our Midnight Drift is a blend of our Brazil and Colombia offerings. We crafted this one especially for espresso to achieve a mild shot that’s creamy smooth, chocolately, with a hint of floral sweetness. This coffee is grown both at 3,600 ft and 5,200 ft. The profile on these is lengthened a bit to reduce the acidity, about 11 minutes for a pretty dark, classic roast. Get your flashlight, it’s getting dark! This signature blend is our first, crafted from some incredible South American beans, one known for its dark, chocolatey flavors, the other for its fruity and floral flavors. It’s very creamy and smooth with a gorgeously sweet aftertaste.
